A green string bean is a side dish which can be added to any meal. One way of cooking string beans is by using chicken fat.
Take chicken fat with water and put it in a pan on a low simmer. Some people add tomato sauce for flavor but the flavoring choice is up to you.
After you have washed and trimmed the string beans, add them to the chicken fat and stir all together. Then leave it on the stove on a low simmer, stirring occasionally.
Toward the end of cooking the strong beans, some people like to add sliced or whole almonds to their side dish.
